Working closely with owner Jason Bates on the interior design fitout, GAA assisted in realising Jason’s vision for a retro inspired street corner café in St. Kilda. From the hanging crocheted basket plants, plywood fins, Prouve seats against a dark denim banquette, around a central communal table sprouting fish ferns, the interior offers a relaxed vibe and great food and coffee, essential for any Melbourne café.
