The Birdcage is a small cafe/bar that sits within the grand foyer of the old George Hotel in St Kilda.
Taking its name from the original ‘Birdcage Bar’ of the 1980’s punk era the adaptation features new leather seats, original marble bar panels & fluer de lis mosaic floor in this elegant space.
